Our Year 12 HSC Chemistry workshops give opportunity to HSC students to perform experiments and observe demonstrations linked to the HSC syllabus that are generally not performed in school.

Date & Time: Thursday, 25th July, 2024, from 9am-3pm
Structure of the Day: Students will participate in two hands-on workshops in the lab covering experiments featured in Module 7: Organic Chemistry and Module 8: Applying Chemical Ideas. Further details about the content covered can be found here.
Cost: $50 (incl. GST) per student
Who can attend? This event is suitable for Year 12 students studying Chemistry
Location: UOW Wollongong, Building 43
Additional requirements:
- Students and supervising teacher must wear enclosed shoes in the laboratory.
Long hair must be tied back. - Students must be accompanied by a supervising teacher
Registrations close: Friday, 14th June, 2024
